Individualized Care

Healthy Sprouts and House Calls wants you and your child’s life to be a little easier. Bringing individualized, attentive, unhurried medical care to you is part of our goal. You can schedule an appointment with our text scheduler.

Text 423-765-0616 "I need an appointment." We will respond with appointment times, walk you through intake information, and send forms for you to complete with a follow-up email.

This process will be easy-peasy.

As you can imagine, not all medical problems are suited to a home visit. Once you request an appointment via text scheduling there will be a brief triage phone call to ensure your time is well spent. We want to make sure that we are matching your child’s injury or illness with the most appropriate medical care and setting.

After your child’s home visit, appropriate treatment, in home lab results and follow-up plan will be discussed with you. Occasionally, labs may need to be sent to an outside laboratory. You will be called with these results once they are available. A copy of the exam note will be sent to your physician within 24 hours. When next day follow-up is needed with your primary physician, then Healthy Sprouts and House Calls will call the doctor’s office or on-call physician to establish this appointment. You may receive a follow-up phone or text after 24 hours to inquire about your child’s illness or injury.

There must be a parent or consented guardian older than 18 years of age at home with the patient for a Healthy Sprouts and House Calls visit.
